Being active means a lot to us as a group – doing what we love and going to places that hold meaning for us helps us physically and mentally.
We’re not always able to do the things we want to and we often need to adapt what we do, try out different activities to find out what works best for us and think differently about physical activity.
We’re all different and our hip dysplasia affects us differently. However, we do share a love of certain activities which we enjoy and find helpful.
These pages are about our experiences of being physically active with hip dysplasia – our successes, our challenges and our thoughts for others.
